This is the shortest of our programs and happens 7 days a week. In these seven days, a combination of carefully selected and well-crafted leadership material is delivered. By the end of the training, participants are able to recognize and solve day-to-day problems within their Local communities.

Over 42 sessions are delivered in 3 months. Our team walks step by step with the participants helping them navigate the complexities of leading teams, groups, and change in their local communities.

This program not only makes you aware of your society but also gives you an opportunity to fully understand yourself and which role your current skills can serve in your society.

LEADERSHIP MENTORSHIP

Everyone is at a certain stage in their leadership Journey. We created this package to cater to individuals who need extra help and support with their leadership Journey.

This Journey of 9 months offers an all-around approach to leadership, from personal, to team to community leadership.

The program is highly recommended to School prefects, University Guilds, and newly elected community leaders.
